This piece is another part of a series that attempts to explore the delicate balance between the physical and metaphysical worlds, where the tangible and intangible coexist in a dynamic, often unseen, dialogue. In creating these pieces, I draw from the intersection of science, spirituality, and human experience, investigating how the material world shapes, defines, and limits our understanding of the immaterial forces that govern existence.
Through various media—whether it be painting, sculpture, or mixed media—I strive to visualize the invisible threads that bind us to a higher order, from energy fields to emotional currents. I am fascinated by the tension between what can be physically perceived and the deeper, often unexplainable forces that influence our lives. My work challenges the viewer to reconsider the boundaries of reality, questioning where the physical ends and the metaphysical begins.
This piece is made using copper, brass, and wood. I’ve used an oxidation method to achieve the color. It measures approximately 8 × 2.5 × 14.5 inches.
